Article 1: Mandatory Confusion
Section 1.1: All members of the Committee of Conundrums are required to wear a "I'm Confused" t-shirt to all meetings. The t-shirt must be worn on the back of their chair at all times.
Section 1.2: Meetings shall be conducted in a room filled with fog machines, further ensuring maximum confusion.
Section 1.3: All decisions made by the Committee of Conundrums must be accompanied by a 50% chance of being completely wrong.
Article 2: The Right to Ask "What's the Point?"
Section 2.1: All members of the Committee of Conundrums are entitled to ask, at any time, "What's the point?" without fear of reprisal or ridicule.
Section 2.2: The answer "There is no point" shall be considered a valid response, but only if accompanied by a valid reason, which shall be deemed valid only by the Committee.
Section 2.3: If the reason given is deemed invalid, the questioner shall be awarded a "Certificate of Confusion" which shall be displayed prominently on their "I'm Confused" t-shirt.
Article 3: The Right to Have an Annoyingly Obvious Answer
Section 3.1: All members of the Committee of Conundrums are entitled to provide answers so obvious that they are considered annoyingly obvious, even to the questioner.
Section 3.2: The Committee shall maintain a "Hall of Annoyingly Obvious Answers" where such answers shall be displayed for all to see.
Section 3.3: The questioner shall be required to nod in agreement, or risk being considered a "Non-Conundrum" and subject to re-education by the Committee.
Article 4: The Right to Use a Dictionary
Section 4.1: All members of the Committee of Conundrums are allowed to use a dictionary to define any word they wish, even if it means defining a word that is not in the dictionary.
Section 4.2: The Committee reserves the right to change the definition of any word without warning, even if it means rendering the dictionary completely useless.
Section 4.3: Members found using a dictionary to define words in a manner that is deemed "not confusing" shall be subject to a "Dictionary Re-education Program".
Article 5: The Right to Have a Suggestion Box
Section 5.1: All members of the Committee of Conundrums are entitled to submit suggestions to the Committee, even if they are completely unrelated to the topic at hand.
Section 5.2: The Committee shall maintain a "Suggestion Box" where all suggestions, no matter how ridiculous, shall be considered.
Section 5.3: Suggestions deemed "ridiculous" shall be displayed prominently on the Committee's website, with a warning label stating "Do Not Attempt to Understand".
